About Oral Health Caring LLC
An independent San Diego retailer stocking oral-care products we would use ourselves.
Oral Health Caring LLC is a small, independently owned online retailer in San Diego. We stock a short list of oral-care products we have looked at closely, and ProDentim is the one we sell most of.
How we started
The company grew out of a fairly ordinary frustration. Between us we had spent years buying dental products on the basis of packaging claims, with no real sense of what was inside them or why it mattered. When research into the oral microbiome began surfacing outside academic journals, it reframed the whole category for us: the goal is not a sterile mouth, it is a balanced one.
We set up Oral Health Caring LLC in 2024 to make one corner of that shelf easier to shop. We carry products we would use ourselves, we describe them in plain language, and we do not pad the catalogue to look bigger than we are.
What we do — and what we do not
We are a retailer. We buy stock, we hold it at a fulfilment facility here in California, we pack orders and we handle the customer support that follows. When you buy from this website, the order, the payment and any refund all run through us.
We are not the manufacturer of ProDentim, we did not formulate it, and this website is not the brand’s official site. We have no involvement in how the product is made or what claims the brand makes about it elsewhere. Product names and trademarks referenced here belong to their respective owners.
The way we write about products
Plain description
We say what is in a product and what the research behind each ingredient actually looked at. Where the evidence is thin, we say so rather than dressing it up.
No pressure tactics
No countdown clocks, no invented stock warnings, no prices pretending to be discounts. The price you see is the price we charge, and it will be the same tomorrow.
Real people answer
Our support inbox and phone line are staffed by the same small team that packs the orders. You will not be routed through a chatbot to reach us.
Health claims and your own clinician
Nothing on this website is medical advice. An oral probiotic is a supplement, not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for brushing, flossing or seeing a dentist. If you have a diagnosed condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or nursing, talk to your healthcare provider before adding anything new to your routine.
