Before you write in
A few things save everybody time. If your parcel is in transit, have the tracking number to hand — it is in the second email we sent you. If you are asking about a refund, tell us how many bottles are still unopened. And if you are asking whether the product suits a specific medical situation, we will be honest and point you to your dentist or physician, because that is genuinely the right answer.
Common questions, answered quickly
Where is my order?
US parcels usually arrive within five to seven working days of dispatch; international parcels take ten to fifteen. Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If tracking has not updated in three working days, email us with the reference and we will open an enquiry with the courier.
Can I change my delivery address?
Usually, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering and the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier. Call rather than email if the order was placed the same day — it is faster.
How do I start a refund?
Email us within sixty days of delivery, quoting your order reference. We reply with the return address. Once the unopened bottles reach us we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes — to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, at a flat $15.95 shipping fee. Any import duty charged on arrival is the recipient’s responsibility.
Can you advise whether this is right for me?
We can tell you exactly what is in the product and what the published research on each ingredient examined. We cannot tell you whether it suits your health situation — that conversation belongs with your dentist or doctor.
