Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of oralhealthcaring.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Oral Health Caring LLC, 101 W Broadway, Suite 1120, San Diego, CA 92101, USA. Throughout this document “we”, “us” and “our” mean Oral Health Caring LLC; “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Our role

We are an independent retailer of oral-care products. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and this website is not the official site of any brand featured on it. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

4. Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, drawing on the manufacturer’s labelling. Photographs are illustrative; packaging design may change between production runs without affecting the contents. Nothing in a product description is a guarantee of a particular health outcome.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product and checkout pages before you commit. Shipping is charged at the rate displayed at checkout: free within the United States on orders of three bottles or more, $9.99 on two-bottle orders, and a flat $15.95 to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Payment is taken when the order is placed. If your payment is declined the order will not be dispatched. Import duties or taxes levied on international deliveries are payable by the recipient.

6. When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you submit the form. If a product is unavailable or a price has been listed in error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within one working day. Estimated transit is five to seven working days within the United States and ten to fifteen working days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and customs are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. The 60-day money-back guarantee

Every package carries a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date your parcel is delivered. To use it, email contact@oralhealthcaring.com within those sixty days quoting your order reference. We will send you the return address. Once the unused bottles arrive we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, normally within five working days of receipt. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

9. Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us within seven days of delivery if your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong items. Photographs help. We will replace the order or refund it, and we will cover the return cost.

10. Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, scrape or republish its content commercially, place fraudulent orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect abuse.

11. Intellectual property

The layout, original text and design of this website belong to Oral Health Caring LLC. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

12. Health disclaimer

The products sold here are dietary supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and none of these statements has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified dentist or physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication or managing a diagnosed condition. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
